The hotel is situated in a great location in the center of Yangtze Delta, offering easy access to the unique attractions of Suzhou. the rooms were spacious and luxurious, providing a comfortable stay. the bathroom facilities were up to par with U.S. standards, ensuring convenience. the staff provided excellent service and the breakfast buffet showcased a delightful mix of both western and Chinese dishes. the hotel also offered a beautiful lobby and willing assistance from the friendly staff.
There were some minor repairs needed in certain areas of the hotel.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The lobby was absolutely stunning, with its modern and beautiful decor. The hotel staff, who were friendly and helpful, made my experience even better. They were always ready to assist me whenever I needed it.

Celebrating Christmas at this hotel was a great experience. The location was perfect, with easy access to local shops and restaurants. The breakfast was delicious, offering a mix of Chinese and Western options. The staff was friendly and accommodating, making us feel at home.
The hotel rooms were a bit outdated and could use some renovation. the noise from the traffic outside was a bit bothersome at times.

The hotel we stayed at in Suzhou had an excellent breakfast buffet and a great location. the staff were helpful and friendly, and we appreciated the discounted rate we received. the rooms were clean and spacious.
The hotel is in serious need of renovation. the bedding was uncomfortable and the carpeting was stained.
